- It hasn't. I'm only interested in wrestling if its girl vs girl
- none Canada or Europe....theyre handfuls
- It hasn't. Wrestling is still fake, and is still a soap opera for boys.
- I never listen to the internet about superstars because it's usually not true. Rumors get spread alot until i hear it coming from there mouth then I'll believe it. BQ: Usually out of country ones, like in germany or Italy places near there. Or the crowd at one night stand when cena lost to rvd in the Hammerstein ballroom that was intense and rowdy they were gonna bet the f*ck out of cena after the match that's for sure.
- Not really. It just provides a bit of a broader insight into facts related to opinions that I already hold. And, rarely does my opinion change on most things. BQ: Only a guess... NYC MSG
- The change the internet has made to the wrestling fan is infinite. One could question if the knowledge of wresting being fake would be as widespread as it is today without it. I remember growing up in '95 and having various friends and uncles who still didn't really buy into wrestling being a choreographed sport. I think there'd be a bigger sense of surprise. I'm beginning to realize that the reason that the attitude era may have gotten bigger ratings was because few people back then knew what a spoiler was, or even a card listing. We'd have to tune in and see what was on, and sometimes that meant sticking around for a good match, just in case one popped up. Many could speculate if guys like Triple H or Shawn Michaels would be more highly respected if we didn't know about things like Trips's marriage to Steph, HBK's involvement in the Montreal Screw Job, or both men's involvement with the Clique. I'd also like to point out that opinions are shaped by the internet, and I've fallen victim to this too. I never thought Cena or Jeff Hardy were terrible wrestlers, but after reading it for a long time, you begin to believe it, and for awhile, I did. I let my opinion get swept away. I let the supposed "smart marks" who somehow "know better" shape my opinions of people, but I can honestly say that I grew out of that. I also started looking back at bouts I enjoyed as a kid between guys like Hogan, Warrior, Scott Steiner, Lex Luger, Sid Vicious, and many others and began to realize that these guys are really bland and sometimes dangerous in the ring if you take away the charisma and hype. Indeed, the internet has made all of us more jaded in one way or another.
- I have seriously been thinking of boycotting the Ineternet, or at least, wrestling things. I have lost my original passion. Who knows? If I do, maybe my love for Cena (which I did have before I came on here and heard people bag him continuosly. I even started doing it. But mainly coz he is #1 contender for Y2J's belt!) will come back. BQ- Damn Australia is funny. "Edge is a w@nker" "Chavo's w@nker" "Miz is g@y" continuosly sounded throughout Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne. edit: The guy above me, I never thought Cena was a bad wrestler. Heck I thought he was one of the best. (oops, did I just say that?). Never thought Hardy was bad though. XD
- No. Nevered. NEW York
- it hasn't really changed mine
