How does one start a 401K if you work at Wal-Mart?

Just how does one start a 401K if you work at Wal-Mart? Do you need a specific amount to start with? Does Wal-Mart match dollars invested or do anything special with 401K's there to make them larger or not?

1. It is my understanding that Wall employees can invest in wal-mart stock they also I'm sure get so many shares call your company directly for exact info I believe wal-mart stock is about $50.00 per share
