What radio frequencies does the New York DEC use on radio collars for captive-released animals?

I mean, I don't dis-like cougars and the one running around our property probably ate the vermin that were eating my tomatoes but it would sure be nice if I could tune into that radio collar and listen for when it's close by. There are too many deer around here so gung-ho to the cat.
