How much time is required to overcome recession?

Recession has effected almost all countries. When is it expected to be back to normal stage?

2. It isn't time, necessarily, as improved financial system and regulation, changing consumer attitudes, etc. But I think we should see such a thing beginning late this or early next year...give or take six months...
