What are your opinions on the new sexual offences (scotland) bill currently going through parliament?

The nes sexual offences (scotland) bill is currently at stage 3. It seeks to reform scottish law regarding rape and sexual offences. I would like to no your opinions on it, with regard to including male rape, and defining consent for the first time in legislation.

1. I don't care because I'm not Scottish, nor do I live or have ever lived in Scotland. That's their business.
2. All a woman has to say to the police is "I said no" and the man will be convicted. another hair brained law passed by hair brained politicians.
3. It sounds like another 'initiative' dreamed up by Shrek Salmond to make Scotland appear to be something it isn't - a model nation with social and democratic welfare at heart. I'm English living in Scotland and have no problems with the concept of an independent Scotland as long as the economy is is kept on track but there are a lot of buffoons in Hollyrood.
